Dr. Holly
McIver D.D.S.

Dr. McIver was born in New Jersey and raised in Kingwood, Texas. She graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 with dual majors in Science-Business and Spanish, and is fluent in Spanish after studying abroad in Puebla, Mexico.

She earned her D.D.S. from the University of Texas School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of her class with OKU honors, and completed a two-year orthodontic residency there, earning a Master of Science in Dentistry and a certificate in orthodontics.

Dr. Holly opened a private orthodontic practice in her hometown and later moved to Bainbridge Island, WA, where she practiced and taught at the University of Washington. She has since returned to Texas and currently practices while teaching part-time at UT School of Dentistry.

Inspired by her own experience with braces, Dr. Holly values building long-term relationships with patients and finds the greatest reward in seeing their smiles transformed.

Her research on mini-implant devices was published and presented nationally. She has received numerous honors, including induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and is a Board Certified Orthodontist.

Dr. Holly and her husband, Rich, have four children. She enjoys family time, CrossFit, baking, beach trips, and supporting Notre Dame athletics. She is active in her community, church, and local organizations.
