Emily Ayers

Hey there! My name is Emily and I am a registered dental assistant. I have been a dental assistant since 2017 and I have been with downtown dental since 2020. Dr. Sikes has been my dentist my entire life and It is a privilege to be a part of her team. I grew up in Tarkington and have lived here my whole life so I enjoy seeing familiar faces every day and also getting to meet many new ones. One of my favorite things about working at downtown dental is getting to create and grow relationships with each patient and seeing them establish trust in our team. I love my work family and how much fun we have while also providing the best care for our patients. I have learned so much since working at down town dental, including how to design crowns and milled fillings, scanning with cerec, adjusting braces for patients during orthodontic treatment, and so much more.

When I am not at work you can find me spending time with my family and friends and being a mama to my son Rhyatt. Some things I enjoy are mudding on our side by side and going shopping. I love tex mex, decorating my home, and romcom movies.

I truly enjoy my role at Downtown dental and I love getting to help each patient feel comfortable and provide them with a positive experience while here at our practice. We can’t wait to meet you and help you on your way toward a happier and healthier smile!
