Katrina Janosec

My name is Katrina and I am a Houston Rockets fan with a huge Clutch-the-mascot Crush. Here at Downtown Dental, I am the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, where our team strives to serve our patients with the very best of everything.

One of the many ways we do this is by still offering the courtesy of filing your insurance claims for you. That is where I come in! I handle the submission and necessary follow up of your dental claims as well as teaming up with our Financial Coordinator in efforts to resolving any collection problems of your account. I joined Dr.Sikes’ dental team in August of 2001 and still consider one of my favorite parts of my job to be spending time on the behind-the scene office details as well as helping and interacting with our patients making sure they receive quality service and attention.

I am very grateful that God blessed me with a hard-working, loving, & helpful team where the example has been set from the top. We have become more than a team, we are family. It has been an amazing time of growth both professionally and personally. My other passions in life include my wonderful husband & our amazing daughter, our commitment to the lord, and road trips on our Harley. We also have two rescue dogs that we adore.
